FEATURES AND BENEFITS…

■ Durability - The durability and reliability have been significantly enhanced with a

new patented ball clutch and transmission design. The friction clutch system has

been replaced with a new sintered ball clutch design which is more robust and

extends unit life. The motor size has increased and is wound for optimum power

and efficiency. The transmission system has been upgraded in order to transmit this

extra power with a patented armature support system combined with an increase in

gear face width and tooth strength.

■ Power - The drilling performance and user productivity have been increased with a

new higher power motor. The increased power density of the motor delivers more

torque under load to the user resulting in increased penetration speed and a

reduction in drilling time.

■ Ergonomics - The ergonomics and handling of the unit have been improved with a

new low profile contoured gear case making the unit both shorter and lighter than

current product offerings. The new two speed and percussion / rotary mode selectors

ensure a more positive engagement.
